Student Support Officer
The Student Support Officer will lead the administration of the Student Emergency Aid Program and provide wrap around support services to all scholarship recipients. This role is responsible for managing emergency aid disbursement, conducting proactive student check- ins, and connecting students to academic, financial, and personal support resources. The Student Support Officer plays a critical role in helping students navigate short term crises, persist through academic challenges, and remain on track to degree completion.
Loan Program Manager
The Loan Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution, performance, and evolution of multiple community lending and investment programs at The Miami Foundation. This role focuses on portfolio management, partner coordination, and pipeline development, ensuring capital is deployed effectively and recycled to drive long-term, place-based impact.
VP of Community Investments
The Vice President of Community Investments leads the Foundations efforts to truly understand the most pressing issues facing our region, to maintain deep relationships and partnerships across our vast network of nonprofit and community partners, to steer philanthropic dollars thoughtfully, impactfully, and in alignment with our highest values, and to bring together local changemakers to have a greater impact together than we could on our own.
Content Manager
The Miami Foundation’s Content Manager serves as a strategic lead for the organization’s written content and storytelling efforts. They work closely with all teams across the organization to effectively tell The Miami Foundation’s story. They are responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated content strategies that advance The Foundation’s goals, elevate its voice, and move initiatives from concept to completion.
Event Planning Assistant
The Miami Foundation is seeking a values-driven, highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Event Planning Assistant to help the Foundation deliver large-scale, mission-driven convenings that inspire generosity, strengthen community engagement, and elevate the overall experience for donors, nonprofits, partners, and the broader public.
Marketing and Design Associate
The Foundation’s Marketing and Design Associate utilizes creativity, technical know-how, solutions orientation, strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to support the work of the Communications team and the Foundation at large.
